The Track Record

1,342 LA sales, measured

We matched our shoot archive against CRMLS sale records. The result: listings we photographed sold in a median of 20 days — about 20% faster than comparable Los Angeles listings (24.5 days) — and at 100% of original asking price, in a market that typically closes at 99.3%.

How We Measured

Every figure on this page is an aggregate — a median, count, or percentage — computed from CRMLS sale listings matched to our shoot archive by address and shoot date. Of 3,300+ properties photographed, 1,342 matched a closed sale between 2018 and 2026; the same medians hold on the stricter exact-match subset of 1,000 sales.

The market comparison isn’t a countywide average: it uses CRMLS medians for the same cities, the same quarters, and the same property types as our sales, weighted to match our exact mix. Comparing our Brentwood single-family sale to Brentwood single-family sales that quarter — not to the whole county.

What we don’t claim: that photography alone causes faster sales (great agents hire great media, and both matter), and no statistic on this page is built from listings that didn’t sell. Individual listing data is never published.

Questions

Do professionally photographed homes sell faster?

Ours have. Across 1,342 CRMLS sales we photographed from 2018 to 2026, the median time on market was 20 days, versus 24.5 days for comparable listings in the same cities, quarters, and property types. We can't claim the photos alone caused the difference — great agents hire great media — but the pattern is consistent across 1,000+ exact-matched sales.

Do these listings sell for asking price?

The typical home we photographed sold at 100% of its original list price. The market comparison for the same cities and quarters was 99.3% — on the median $1.16M home in this data, that difference is roughly $8,000.

How were these numbers calculated?

We matched our shoot archive to CRMLS sale listings by address and shoot date, keeping 1,342 closed sales from 2018–2026. Each figure is a median or count — no individual listing data is published. The market baseline uses CRMLS medians for the same cities, quarters, and property types, weighted to match our mix. Days on market is as reported by CRMLS.

What kinds of properties are included?

665 single-family homes, 474 condos, and 115 townhouses across 112 Southern California cities — from a 368 sq ft condo to an 18,385 sq ft estate, including homes built as far back as 1899. Total closed volume: nearly $2 billion.
