How quickly will I get my photos and video?
We have next-day turnaround for photos (including drone and twilight) and Matterport tours. Most listing videos are delivered within 24–48 hours; floor plans, virtual staging, and virtual renovations can take up to two business days, and revisions may add another day.
What areas of Los Angeles do you cover?
Our general service area sits between Thousand Oaks, Long Beach, and Pasadena. Farther-out shoots are often booked before 2pm to keep travel reasonable. If your listing is outside that range, reach out — we can often accommodate it with an additional travel fee.
What services do you offer?
Photography, video, aerial drone, 3D Matterport tours, twilight, floor plans, virtual staging, and headshots. Browse the services pages for examples. If you need something that is not listed, ask — we can often still help.
Can you retouch or remove items from photos?
Small touch-ups like cords and family photos are included. Larger Photoshop work, such as removing couches or cabinets, takes extra time and can be done for a small fee.
How should I prepare a listing for the shoot?
Share our free Pre-Photography Checklist with sellers so the home is camera-ready. Download it at joshuaspooner.com/listing-prep-checklist. If the listing will not be ready on time, tell us as soon as you know so we can rebook the slot.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee, decided case by case.
How do I pay?
Zelle or Venmo is preferred (no processing fee). We also send an invoice link with photo delivery so you can pay by credit or debit card.
